Order Fulfillment Processor (Temp Conversion)

About the role

A Day in the Life as an Order Fulfillment Processor: you will play an important part of the team by assisting in picking, packing, auditing, QC, ticketing, and tagging. You’ll be working with product from clients heavily involved in the active lifestyle.

Responsibilities

• Picking, packing, scanning, tagging, and other general warehouse duties
• Following NRI safety rules, safety procedures, security protocol, and standard operating procedures (SOP)
• Keeping work and storage areas in a safe, clean, and tidy condition at all times

Requirements

• No previous warehouse experience required (prior experience is a plus)
• Ability to learn a basic warehouse management scanning system (WMS)
• Strong attention to detail and time management skills
• Ability to be flexible and adapt to changing priorities
• Trustworthy and moral character (pre-employment background and drug tests are used)
• Physical ability to carry out essential job functions, including:
  • Lifting and carrying up to 50 lbs.
  • Walking and standing for extended periods
  • Climbing ladders/stairs
  • Working at heights in elevated areas
  • Tolerating conditions such as dust, dirt, noise, odors, heat, and cold
• Must be 18 years or older
• Must be able to read and comprehend English

Pay

Starting pay: $16.00 per hour

Schedule

• Monday–Friday: 6:30 AM – 3:00 PM @ $16.00/hr
• Monday–Friday: 3:30 PM – 12:00 AM @ $17.00/hr
• Wednesday - Sunday: (Weekdays: 6:30 AM - 3:00 PM, Weekends: 5:00 AM - 1:30 PM) @ $17.00/hr
• Saturday - Wednesday: (Weekdays: 6:30 AM - 3:00 PM, Weekends: 5:00 AM - 1:30 PM) @ $17.00/hr

Employees selected for conversion will remain on their current shift.
