Order Fulfillment Part Time

Job Summary

Responsible for performing general warehouse activities including pulling merchandise from a pick list, moving merchandise from sales floor to staging area, using a handheld scanner to verify merchandise counts and update locations, and operating equipment. The Omni Experience Ambassador will work within digital initiatives such as BOPIC, Curbside, Express Pay and Ship from Club.

Responsibilities

• Process member purchases quickly and courteously by pulling merchandise from a pick list.
• Utilize a handheld RF scanner to pick and verify orders from the sales floor.
• Move merchandise from the sales floor to the staging area.
• Communicate inventory or equipment problems, and report expired or short‑dated items.
• Coordinate with the club team for replenishment and pull merchandise from reserve when possible.
• Meet productivity requirements and key performance indicators, adhering to SOPs for BOPIC, Curbside and Ship from Club.
• Securely package orders according to standard procedures.
• Maintain a clean, organized SFC area and perform general housekeeping, including trash removal.
• Handle damaged or spoiled products per SOPs and process returns appropriately.
• Uphold club policies, dress code, and GOLD Member Standards (Greet, Anticipate, Appreciate; Fast, Friendly; Full, Fresh, Clean).
• Assist in other departments as needed and ensure regular, predictable attendance.

Qualifications

• Previous order‑pulling experience preferred.
• Big‑box/wholesale retail experience preferred.
• Prior experience with RF scanners preferred.

Job Conditions

The role requires continuous movement on hard surfaces, frequent bending, climbing, crawling, reaching, and stooping. Employees must regularly lift objects up to 30 lb and may lift heavier items with assistance. Work is performed in a noisy environment with moving machinery and may involve temperature extremes when handling refrigerated orders. Occasional exposure to company‑approved cleaning agents is possible.

Pay

Estimated compensation range: $17.25 – $20.70 per hour (actual salary varies by location, education, experience, and qualifications).
