Order fulfillment and Production Assistant

We are looking for additional fulfillment help for our busy holiday season!

• Part-time hours starting immediately and going through January 2026.
• The possibility of staying on long-term will be available for the right candidate.
• This is a weekday position, between the hours of 9am-5pm, with some weekend hours required.

Salary: Starting $15.00+, based on availability and experience.

Timeline: ASAP through January 2026.

Duties Include:

• Efficiently and accurately pick & pack outgoing orders.
• Communicate effectively with the sales desk to keep outgoing shipments on schedule.
• Receive and check incoming shipments for accuracy & damage.
• Report discrepancies to management.
• Keep all production and shipping areas tidy.
• Assist with production to keep products stocked for store and online orders.
• Communicate with other staff members to get orders completed and out the door promptly.
• Keep shipping supply inventory stocked.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma, or equivalent, required.
• Able to work efficiently in a fast paced environment.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Dependable worker with excellent time management.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Self-motivated and also a team player.
• Able to lift 50lbs, repeatedly.
• Able to carry 25-50 lbs up and down stairs.
