Order Filler I- 2nd Shift

Pick and Pack Product Orders

Utilizes a computerized pick-to-light system to pick product orders, ensuring accuracy, neatness, and prompt shipment.

• Carefully picks products with correct items and quantities, arranged neatly.
• Maintains focus to pick accurately and efficiently, meeting sales force cycle times and quality standards.

Rotates Through Various Areas

• Packing
• Shipping
• Box Making
• Line Starter
• Wave Runner
• Quality Control Area

Ensures Product Integrity

• Arranges product in shipping cartons, using void fill to minimize damage during transit.
• Fills void spaces with packing material and guides through top case sealer.
• Operates a manual pallet jack to move box supplies as needed.

Assists with Additional Tasks

• Fills various order types, performs rework/inspection, and conducts inventory counts.
• Assembles prepacks, Starter Kits, or prizes as needed.
• Removes damaged product from flow racks and places it in a quality assurance box.
• Records part numbers and quantities for accurate inventory adjustments.

Maintains Work Area

• Keeps work area neat and orderly.
• Disposes of trash.

On-Site Work Environment

This job requires on-site work at a Mary Kay facility.

Qualifications

• High school education or equivalent.
• Experience: 0-1+ years; experience in data entry is preferred.
• Must be able to read, write, and count to read numbers and fill product orders, and write numbers during physical inventory.
• Good manual dexterity and visual acuity required for picking and packing.
• Basic math skills, including addition, subtraction, and simple multiplication and division.
• Able to frequently lift up to 35 pounds, stand, walk, and stoop.
• Interpersonal skills to work well with and for others within the department and the Company.
• Must meet "Attendance and Punctuality" guidelines as specified in the Employee Handbook.
• Must adhere to all safety rules, policies, and procedures.
