Order Filler Full Time

Pay

$18 per hour with a $1,000 sign‑on bonus.

Schedule

Full‑time, Monday – Friday, 10:00 am – 7:00 pm.

Responsibilities

• Read pick tickets and distinguish the location and part number.
• Pick parts according to quantities listed on the pick ticket.
• Visually verify that the part in the location matches the description and part number on the pick ticket.
• Perform repetitive motions; walk and stand; use hands and arms to reach, feel, grasp, finger, lift, push, and pull from floor level to overhead.
• Stoop, kneel, crouch, sit, climb, and balance as required.
• Regularly lift and/or move objects up to 15 lb, frequently lift and/or move up to 40 lb, and occasionally lift and/or move objects over 75 lb.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• High school diploma, GED, or 1 year of relevant work experience.
• Ability to match part numbers and enter data within systems.
• Previous warehouse experience is a plus but not required.
• Physical demands: frequent standing, walking, repetitive motion, and use of hands/arms for reaching, grasping, lifting, pushing, and pulling from floor to overhead; regular bending, stooping, kneeling, and crouching; occasional sitting, climbing, or balancing.
• Lift/move up to 15 lb regularly, up to 40 lb frequently, and over 50 lb occasionally (team lifting or material‑handling equipment required for items over 50 lb).
