About the role

TVH is seeking a motivated and results‑driven Warehouse Associate (Order Filler) for its Reno, NV location. This full‑time position offers a sign‑on bonus of $1,000 and a Monday‑to‑Friday shift from 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM. Responsibilities

• Verify the accuracy of orders and relabel outgoing shipments.
• Follow procedures for pulling and checking orders.
• Select appropriate shipping containers to ensure maximum product protection.
• Check and pack orders according to the packing slip, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Regularly lift up to 25 lb, with occasional lifting of up to 50 lb.
• Clean work area at the end of each shift.
• Assist with other duties as assigned by the Warehouse Supervisor or Manager.

Requirements

• Minimum of 1 year of general warehouse experience.
• Ability to read, write, and speak English.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• High School Diploma, GED, or 1 year of relevant work experience.
• Ability to accurately match part numbers.
• Basic proficiency in using the Internet and/or computer systems to locate information.

Qualifications

• Frequent standing and walking; repetitive motion; use of hands and arms for reaching, grasping, lifting, pushing, and pulling.
• Regular bending, stooping, kneeling, and crouching; occasional sitting, climbing, or balancing.
• Ability to lift and/or move up to 15 lb regularly, up to 40 lb frequently, and over 50 lb occasionally (team lifting or material‑handling equipment required for items over 50 lb).

Pay

US Pay Range: $16 – $21 per hour, plus a sign‑on bonus of $1,000.

Schedule

Monday – Friday, 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM.
