Order Filler

Follett Content Solutions helps build a diverse collection of print and digital resources to support every student. We are currently hiring for an Order Filler. This position is a full-time non-exempt role in our warehouse located in McHenry, IL.

Responsibilities

• Read pick lists and locate items by walking to location and retrieving proper items and quantities for customer orders.
• Indicate items not found.
• Carry stacks of books to cart and deposit in the correct tote.
• Push cart to next area(s) to be picked.
• Verify that correct items and quantities have been retrieved and are in good condition.
• Push totes off cart onto conveyor.
• Meet all established standards for quality, accuracy and productivity.
• Perform backup functions for other departmental personnel as directed.

Requirements

• Must be able to walk up to 8 hours per day (with breaks).
• Basic usage and understanding of the English language (speaking, reading - writing).
• Must be able to lift up to 75 pounds.
• Basic math skills.
• Basic alphabetization skills.

Pay

The pay for this position is $16.56 per hour and production bonus eligible based on your performance. Any pay range disclosed is based upon a combination of neutral factors such as required qualifications, experience, education, skill, training, certifications, seniority, etc. Follett Content Solutions reserves the right to provide any successful candidate a salary at the most appropriate level set as a result of such candidate’ qualifications, experience, education, skill, training, certifications or seniority.
