Order Filler, 3rd Shift (10PM-6AM) 1

About the role

As an Order Filler, you will support our manufacturing operations by providing material handling services to ensure fulfillment of customer and business expectations. This role is ideal for dedicated, hardworking individuals passionate about efficiency and growth within an industry-leading company.

Responsibilities

• Accurately store, pick, package, and ship products with a focus on safety, quality, service, velocity, and waste/cost reduction.
• Operate forklifts or other powered material handling equipment safely and efficiently.
• Fill customer orders and deliver them to the correct staging area.
• Ensure the completeness and correctness of all orders filled, including quantity, quality, packaging, labeling, and addressing, to meet customer specifications.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must obtain and maintain a valid forklift truck operator’s license.
• Ability to read, count accurately, perform simple math (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division), and write legibly.
• Strong emphasis on following directions and safety.
• Responsible work habits and familiarity with warehouse systems.
• Ability to handle stress and meet deadlines under tight scheduling requirements.
• Flexibility to shift priorities as needed.

Pay

$21.02 – $23.00 per hour.

Schedule

3rd shift: 8:00 PM – 6:00 AM, located in Villa Rica.
