Order Entry Pharmacy Technician (2nd shift)

Key Responsibilities

• Communicating with customers over the phone and providing quick and courteous responses to their needs.
• Entering prescriptions into our Remedi SeniorCare Framework/DocuTrack pharmacy system.
• Under the guidance of a pharmacist and in compliance with State law, troubleshoot prescription/patient data entry discrepancies.
• Ensuring accurate and timely prescription/patient information input.
• Collaborating with Order Entry leadership to meet department goals.
• Providing exceptional customer service to internal and external stakeholders.

Qualifications

• A high school diploma or GED.
• A minimum of two (2) years working in a long-term care pharmacy (not required).
• Strong computer skills.
• A thorough understanding of medical terminology and drug knowledge.
• Math and analytical skills, with a focus on calculations.

Pay

$16-$18/hr, depending on experience.

Schedule

2nd shift: 3:00pm-11:30pm, 4:00pm-12:30am or 5:00pm-1:30am. Monday - Friday and every other weekend.

Training

6-8 weeks 8:30am-5pm or 2:00pm-10:30pm.
