Order Entry Associate I

SUMMARY

Determines and implements quotes for National Accounts from the Customer Service Center. Responsibilities include frequent interaction with National Accounts, coordination between Pella Corporation, Pella National Accounts (NA), and Pella Sales Representatives. Responds promptly to quote inquiries, prioritizing tasks to meet deadlines. Demonstrates exceptional organizational, interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills. Requires decision-making abilities and a comprehensive understanding of Pella products and their applications.
