Shift schedule: 2nd shift 3:00 PM to 11:30 PM

Overview

Responsible for processing engineering drawing requests for Airplane Parts Validation support for end-user customers for a large aerospace company.

• Maintaining contracted service levels resulting in customer satisfaction
• Maintaining customer relationships
• Maintaining contract commitments delivered within cost targets

Activities

Works as part of the service delivery team (Delivery Operations) that is dedicated to supporting our customer, the Boeing Company

The candidate will focus on the following:

• Delivering service that meets SLA and delights the customer (KPI: SLA achieved & high customer satisfaction)
• Sustaining productivity improvements (KPI: Value for customer & enhanced margin)
• Contributing to service transformation and business growth (KPI: Further profitable service revenue)

Candidate Qualifications & Experience

• Experience in customer-facing role
• Strong computer skills
• Proven ability to work under pressure handling multiple tasks to ensure timely completion of all activities
• Good communication skills
• Adherence to assigned work schedule and attendance guidelines
