About the Role

As a member of our Warehouse team, you will help ensure that our customers receive correct orders in a timely manner so that their stores are always fully stocked with our great-tasting products. You will build delivery loads with a variety of products onto pallets to fill customer orders in preparation for shipment, ensuring accurate order fulfillment in a fast-paced warehouse environment while adhering to safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Utilize voice-picking software and operate powered industrial equipment (pallet jack and/or hand truck) to build orders by pulling defined quantities of inventory onto pallet(s).
• Build accurate, quality product orders and ensure the order is secure for transport before loading into the truck for delivery.
• Stage completed pallets in designated shipping area(s).
• Perform daily inspection and minor maintenance (as needed) on equipment to ensure safe operation.
• Complete training requirements.
• Restock product in picking areas as needed.
• Attend meetings as assigned and assist with special projects and events.

Requirements

• High School Diploma (or GED) required.
• Prior experience in a warehouse environment preferred.
• Prior experience using a pallet jack (manual or power) or forklift preferred.
• Ability to obtain pallet jack operator certification within one month after hire date.
• Ability to perform essential functions with little or no supervision.
• Ability to work weekends and holidays as directed by the business.
• Ability to lift 50 pounds frequently; may be repetitive.

Pay

Base pay range is $21.89 to $24.05 plus bonus structure (dependent on role). Pay offered will depend on candidate’s geographic location, prior relevant experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities.

Schedule

• Ability to work weekends and holidays as directed by the business.
