Order Analyst - Builder's Wholesale Flooring

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Cook up jobs according to builder's selections.
• Manage order entry of the materials for the job based on the PO.
• Manage order entry of the quantity based on measurement or customer PO.
• Verify the correct pricing on the PO.
• Review the PO for accuracy in regard to materials, quantity and pricing.

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Interview, hire, and train employees.
• Plan, assign, and direct work.
• Appraise performance.
• Reward and discipline employees.
• Address complaints and resolve problems.

Requirements

• A high school diploma, GED, or equivalent required.
• Ability to sit at a computer monitor for extended periods throughout the day.
• Must possess the ability to stand for extended periods of time;
• To reach with hands and arms;
• To move among and between offices;
• To handle mail and documents;
• To sit, stoop, kneel and crouch;
• To lift and move up to 10 pounds;
• To see well enough to discern differences in quality of documents and files.
