ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Cook up jobs according to builder's selections.
- Manage order entry of the materials for the job based on the PO.
- Manage order entry of the quantity based on measurement or customer PO.
- Verify the correct pricing on the PO.
- Review the PO for accuracy in regard to materials, quantity and pricing.
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Interview, hire, and train employees.
- Plan, assign, and direct work.
- Appraise performance.
- Reward and discipline employees.
- Address complaints and resolve problems.

Requirements
- A high school diploma, GED, or equivalent required.
- Ability to sit at a computer monitor for extended periods throughout the day.
- Must possess the ability to stand for extended periods of time;
- To reach with hands and arms;
- To move among and between offices;
- To handle mail and documents;
- To sit, stoop, kneel and crouch;
- To lift and move up to 10 pounds;
- To see well enough to discern differences in quality of documents and files.
