Oral Surgeon - Part-Time

About the role

Dream Dental is seeking a skilled and patient-focused Oral Surgeon to join our thriving practice in Goodlettsville, Tennessee. We are flexible and open to a variety of schedules, including one day per week or two days per month.

Responsibilities

• Perform oral surgical procedures
• Communicate effectively with patients and staff
• Adhere to safety protocols and maintain sterile environments
• Collaborate with other members of the clinical team

Requirements

• DDS or DMD degree from an accredited dental school
• Completion of an accredited Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery residency program
• Active Tennessee dental license (or ability to obtain)
• Strong surgical and patient communication skills
• Commitment to delivering exceptional patient care

Qualifications

• Doctor of Dental Surgery or Dental Medicine
• State license and malpractice insurance
• Additional experience, certifications, or licensing may be required
• Strong computer skills and experience with healthcare databases and applications
• Willingness to comply with all local, state, and federal laws regarding dental and health care
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, the ability to keep detailed records
• Comprehensive and current knowledge of dental procedures, tools, and diagnostics
• Patience when dealing with patients and staff
• Able to communicate with patients regarding their health and care
• Great problem solving skills
