Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional patient care in a modern, technology-driven environment
- Practice and make treatment decisions independently, supported by streamlined systems and clinical infrastructure
- Work alongside a highly trained surgical and administrative team that prioritizes efficiency, teamwork, and exceptional patient experiences
- Practice in a doctor-led culture where leadership by practicing surgeons ensures every clinical decision centers on patient outcomes, not corporate metrics
- Build long-term referral relationships with a deep-rooted community network
- Take on mentorship or regional leadership roles as the practice continues to grow
- Potentially take on a partnership with transition support and long-term financial stability
Requirements
- Completion of an accredited Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery residency program
- Eligible for dental license in Connecticut
Qualifications
- DDS or DMD from an accredited dental school
Skills
- Exceptional communication skills
- Strong clinical judgment and problem-solving abilities
