About the role

We’re seeking a skilled, motivated Oral Surgeon to deliver exceptional patient care in a modern, technology-driven environment with a long-standing referral base and a strong reputation for quality and trust in the community.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional patient care in a modern, technology-driven environment
• Practice and make treatment decisions independently, supported by streamlined systems and clinical infrastructure
• Work alongside a highly trained surgical and administrative team that prioritizes efficiency, teamwork, and exceptional patient experiences
• Practice in a doctor-led culture where leadership by practicing surgeons ensures every clinical decision centers on patient outcomes, not corporate metrics
• Build long-term referral relationships with a deep-rooted community network
• Take on mentorship or regional leadership roles as the practice continues to grow
• Potentially take on a partnership with transition support and long-term financial stability

Requirements

• Completion of an accredited Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery residency program
• Eligible for dental license in Connecticut

Qualifications

• DDS or DMD from an accredited dental school
