About the role

The Dental Specialists is seeking a passionate, patient-focused Oral Surgeon to join their established Hugo practice. This is an outstanding opportunity to join a respected, doctor-owned specialty group with a strong reputation for clinical excellence and a robust, well-established referral network.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional care using evidence-based techniques
• Diagnose and develop comprehensive treatment plans
• Collaborate with referring doctors and fellow specialists to achieve optimal patient outcomes
• Build trusted relationships with patients and referral partners
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation
• Contribute to a culture of collaboration, learning, and clinical excellence

Requirements

• Wage Range: $600,000 - $1,000,000 annually
• Sign-on bonus and relocation package
• Completion of residency or experience as an Oral Surgeon

Qualifications

• Highly skilled in providing compassionate, patient-centered care
• Excellent diagnostic and treatment planning skills
• Strong collaboration and communication abilities
• Ability to maintain accurate clinical documentation
