Affinity Dental Management is seeking Oral & Maxillofacial Surgeons to join our growing Connecticut network. Whether you're completing residency, an experienced surgeon looking to expand your schedule, or seeking a long-term path to partnership, we offer the resources of a 45+ practice network without taking away your clinical independence. Choose part-time or full-time and practice at one location or multiple locations—your choice. Compensation & Benefits

• 40-50% of collections, depending on opportunity and arrangement
• Uncapped earning potential

Requirements

• DDS or DMD from an accredited dental school
• Completion of an accredited Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery residency
• Board-certified or board-eligible
• Active Connecticut dental license or eligibility for licensure
• Commitment to exceptional patient care and collaborative dentistry
