About the role
We are seeking a talented, patient-focused Oral Surgeon to join our dynamic team at Arkansas Oral and Facial Surgery. This position offers a supportive environment with full practice support, modern equipment, and high earning potential.
Responsibilities
- Perform a wide range of oral surgical procedures including extractions, dental sedation, bone grafting, dental implants, and facial trauma treatment.
- Provide compassionate and professional patient care.
- Collaborate with a supportive team including RNs, RDAs, operations support, and a dedicated business support center.
- Participate in a busy practice with uncapped earning potential and average annual practice production exceeding $2 million.
Requirements
- Completion of a U.S. accredited Oral Surgery residency program.
- DDS or DMD degree from a U.S. accredited dental school or residency program.
- Clinical scope to include extractions, dental sedation, bone grafting, dental implants, and facial trauma treatment.
- Active Arkansas state dental license or ability to obtain.
- Active Federal DEA or ability to obtain.
