Oral Surgeon

About the role

This is a full-scope oral surgery role at Risas Dental and Braces, located at Desert Sky Office in West Phoenix. The position offers:

• 40% of collections — paid out reliably, with full transparency
• A high-volume patient flow — sedation cases, implants, and extractions are already scheduled
• No buy-in required — you can start working immediately

The Schedule

You will have a flexible schedule of 12–16 days per month, allowing you to work around your other commitments.

What You'll Be Doing

The primary responsibilities include:

• IV and conscious sedation cases
• Surgical extractions, including impacted third molars
• Implants
• Complex extractions, alveoloplasty, and pre-prosthetic surgery
• Pathology, biopsies, and OMFS procedures in an outpatient setting

Who We're Looking For

We are seeking a DDS or DMD with completed OMFS residency who:

• Has an active Arizona dental license (or is eligible and willing to obtain)
• Has current DEA registration and Arizona sedation permit (or is actively pursuing)
• Can manage a busy surgical schedule and lead a team
• Has a patient-first mindset and is comfortable working in a diverse, underserved community
