About the role

Nuvia Dental Implant Center is seeking a skilled Oral Surgeon to join our Reading, MA location. We are redefining dental implant excellence using cutting-edge technology and processes to deliver permanent teeth in 24 hours. Pay

$500,000 - $1,000,000+ per year. Maximize your earnings with Nuvia’s generous per-arch rate, steady stream of cases, and bonus structure based on volume.

Schedule

Two days per week (Monday–Thursday, starting at 7:00 AM) with potential opportunity for more. This is a 1099 contractor position.

Responsibilities

  • Perform dental implant surgery, including extractions and alveolectomy as necessary
  • Collaborate closely with restorative doctors to optimize treatment planning and outcomes
  • Examine, diagnose, and provide comprehensive treatment plans for patients
  • Adhere to Center policies, safety protocols, OSHA, and MSDS guidelines
  • Dictate comprehensive surgical notes and collaborate with the team on upcoming cases

A day in the life

  • Arrive punctually for surgical prep
  • Review patients’ health history, radiographs, and treatment plans
  • Perform surgery in a team-based setting
  • Dictate detailed clinical notes
  • Collaborate with the team on future cases

Requirements

  • Graduation from a U.S.-accredited four-year dental school (DDS/DMD)
  • Post-graduate training from a U.S. surgical program with a certificate to practice Oral Surgery
  • Unrestricted, active dental license in the state of operation
  • DEA registration
  • Current ACLS and BLS certification
  • Ability to obtain and maintain professional malpractice insurance
  • Experience with the All-on-X procedure
