Oral Surgeon
About the role
Nuvia Dental Implant Center is seeking a skilled Oral Surgeon to join our Arlington Heights, IL location. We are redefining dental implant excellence using cutting-edge technology and processes to deliver permanent teeth in 24 hours. This is a 1099 contractor position with a focus on All-on-X (AOX) cases, offering a steady stream of work and the opportunity to maximize your earnings.
Pay
$500,000 - $1,000,000+ per year, based on a generous per-arch rate with a bonus structure tied to volume.
Schedule
Two days per week (Wednesday and Thursday), with potential for additional days. Typical surgical hours are Monday–Thursday, starting at 7:00 AM.
Responsibilities
- Perform dental implant surgery, including extractions and alveolectomy as needed.
- Collaborate closely with restorative doctors to optimize treatment planning and outcomes.
- Examine, diagnose, and provide comprehensive treatment plans for patients.
- Adhere to Center policies, safety protocols, OSHA, and MSDS guidelines.
- Dictate detailed clinical notes and participate in peer case reviews.
Requirements
- Graduation from a U.S.-accredited four-year dental school (DDS/DMD).
- Completion of a U.S. surgical program with certification to practice Oral Surgery.
- Unrestricted, active dental license in the state of operation.
- DEA registration and current ACLS/BLS certification.
- Ability to obtain and maintain professional malpractice insurance.
- Experience with the All-on-X procedure.
