Oral Surgeon

About the role

Gentle Dental is looking for an Oral Surgeon to join our Southern California team, supporting patients at our Chula Vista practice one day per month. We are open to both W-2 employment and 1099 independent contractor arrangements, giving you flexibility to choose the structure that best fits your existing practice and professional goals.

Compensation

Oral Surgeons are compensated based on a percentage of production, ranging from 45%–50% of production, depending on the provider arrangement and applicable terms.

Requirements

• Completion of an accredited Oral Surgery Residency program
• Graduate of an accredited dental school
• Active California dental license or ability to obtain one by the start of employment
• Required professional licenses and certifications, including CPR, DEA, and NPI
