About the role
- Part-time contract position (1099)
- Two days per week with potential opportunity for more
- Typical surgical hours are Monday–Thursday starting at 7 am, 2+ consecutive days a week depending on need
- All cases are fixed All-on-X (AOX); no singles or multiples
- Permanent next-day restoration handled by skilled on-site restorative doctors; no immediate-load temps

Responsibilities
- Perform dental implant surgery, including extraction of teeth and alveolectomy as necessary
- Work in close collaboration with the restorative doctor to aid in treatment planning for optimal outcomes
- Examine, diagnose, and provide treatment plans to patients in a comprehensive manner
- Work in accordance with Center policies and procedures, safety, OSHA, and MSDS guidelines
- Dictate comprehensive surgical notes
- Collaborate with the team on upcoming cases
A day in the life
- Punctual arrival at the Center for surgical prep
- Review patients’ health history, radiographs, and treatment plan
- Perform exceptional surgery in a team setting
- Communicate effectively with the restorative doctor to ensure clinical success
Requirements
- Graduation from a U.S. accredited four-year dental school (DDS/DMD)
- Post-graduate of a U.S. surgical program with certificate to practice Oral Surgery
- Unrestricted, active dental license in the state of operation
- DEA registration
- Current ACLS and BLS certification
- Ability to obtain and maintain professional malpractice insurance
- Experience with All-on-X procedure

Pay
$500,000 – $1,000,000+ per year, based on a generous per-arch rate plus a bonus structure tied to case volume.
