Oral Maxillofacial Surgery Opportunity

About the Role

Loyola University Chicago Stritch School of Medicine's Division of Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery is recruiting a full-time oral maxillofacial surgeon to be Chief of Oral Health, a Division of the Department of Surgery. This position involves participation in an active full scope oral & maxillofacial surgery practice and administrative oversight for OMFS and Dentistry.

Responsibilities

• Administrative oversight of the clinical practices
• Didactic and clinical training at the resident level
• Outreach and philanthropic efforts
• May include involvement with community organizations
• Support and promotion of clinically based research

Qualifications

• DDS/DMD degree
• Board certification in Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery
• Credentials and experience consistent with an academic appointment at the rank of Associate Professor or Professor

Founded in 1919, MacNeal Hospital is a 374-licensed-bed teaching hospital in Berwyn with advanced medical, surgical and psychiatric services and a 68-bed behavioral health program.
