Oral Maxillofacial Surgery Opportunity
About the Role
Loyola University Chicago Stritch School of Medicine's Division of Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery is recruiting a full-time oral maxillofacial surgeon to be Chief of Oral Health, a Division of the Department of Surgery. This position involves participation in an active full scope oral & maxillofacial surgery practice and administrative oversight for OMFS and Dentistry.
Responsibilities
- Administrative oversight of the clinical practices
- Didactic and clinical training at the resident level
- Outreach and philanthropic efforts
- May include involvement with community organizations
- Support and promotion of clinically based research
Qualifications
- DDS/DMD degree
- Board certification in Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery
- Credentials and experience consistent with an academic appointment at the rank of Associate Professor or Professor

Weinberg Cancer Center, acute rehabilitation, a transitional care center, childcare center and fitness center.
Founded in 1919, MacNeal Hospital is a 374-licensed-bed teaching hospital in Berwyn with advanced medical, surgical and psychiatric services and a 68-bed behavioral health program.
