About the role

We are seeking a well-trained, board-certified or board-eligible oral and maxillofacial surgeon for an immediate partnership with no buy-in required. The ideal candidate is personable, conscientious, and a team player looking for a long-term opportunity.

Opportunity Highlights

• Guaranteed base salary of $600,000 with collection bonus
• Immediate partnership with no buy-in required
• Full-scope, majority surgeon-owned practice with a heavy emphasis on dental implants (opportunity to place several hundred per year, including full-arch cases)
• Professional, collaborative, and collegial setting with Key Opinion Leaders in implant surgery, full-arch reconstruction, digital workflow, and productivity
• Full schedule with an excellent referral base and fully trained staff

Responsibilities

• Mentor and foster relationships with referrals while serving as a community leader
• Give presentations and educate referrals
• Demonstrate a strong work ethic, including willingness to accommodate add-ons or stay late when necessary
• Collaborate effectively with surgeons and staff at other offices
• Stay current with advancements in oral surgery

Requirements

• Ability to obtain licensure in Kansas and Missouri
• Knowledge of implant dentistry (surgical and prosthetic aspects)
• Knowledge of digital dentistry and digital workflow
