Oral & Maxillofacial Surgeon – Partnership Opportunity in Southern New Jersey

Lanzi Burke Oral & Maxillofacial Surgeons is seeking a full-time Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeon to join our established, highly respected 100% private practice in Southern New Jersey. With three convenient office locations in Haddonfield, Woolwich Township, and Washington Township, four current surgeons, and a referral network of more than 300 dentists, this is an opportunity to step into a busy, well-supported practice with strong surgical volume from day one.

About the Role

This is a full-time, four-day-per-week associate position with an early pathway to partnership. Partnership discussions may begin after six months of the initial associateship for the right surgeon, based on performance, fit, and long-term alignment with the practice. The role offers clinical autonomy, strong mentorship, excellent case flow, and the opportunity to help shape the future of a respected surgeon-led practice.

Responsibilities

• Perform a broad scope of oral and maxillofacial surgery, including dentoalveolar procedures with an emphasis on dental implants (including full-arch cases)
• Handle complex cases involving the maxillofacial region, such as sleep apnea surgery, orthognathic surgery, craniofacial implants, cleft palate surgery, and trauma
• Collaborate with referring dentists, patients, families, and team members
• Maintain high standards of patient care, safe anesthesia, and efficient surgical workflow

Practice Details

• Three established Southern New Jersey locations: Haddonfield, Woolwich Township, and Washington Township
• Referral network of more than 300 dentists
• Four-day work week
• Call limited to practice patients only; no hospital trauma call unless desired
• Registered nurses and nurse practitioners for anesthesia and mid-level support
• Full-scope OMS available if desired, but not required
• Latest technology including photogrammetry and X-Guide assistance for full-arch cases
• In-house billing team with excellent collection percentage and attainable bonus threshold

Compensation & Benefits

• $525,000 starting salary
• Bonus potential to $1,200,000–$1,500,000 in the first year

Requirements

• Board-certified or board-eligible in Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery
• Eligible for licensure in New Jersey
• Clinically thoughtful, ethical, and patient-centered
• Strong communication skills with patients, families, referring doctors, and team members
• Values collaboration and long-term practice alignment
