Mountaineer Oral & Maxillofacial Surgeons is a rapidly growing, surgeon-owned practice serving southern West Virginia. We are seeking a motivated Associate Oral & Maxillofacial Surgeon to join our team and help continue our growth.
Responsibilities
- Enjoy a diverse clinical practice that includes dental implants and full-arch rehabilitation (All-on-X)
- Dentoalveolar Surgery
- Benign Pathology
- Orthognathic surgery
- TMJ surgery
- Facial trauma
- Cosmetic surgery
Requirements
- Board-certified or board-eligible Oral & Maxillofacial Surgeon
- Eligible for West Virginia dental licensure
- Dedicated to providing outstanding patient care
- Strong communication and collaborative skills
Qualifications
- New graduates and experienced surgeons are encouraged to apply

$300,000 guaranteed base salary
33% of collections exceeding $75,000 per month
