Full-time opportunity for a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Oral & Maxillofacial Surgeon to open and lead a brand-new oral surgery center in New Jersey.
About the Role
This is a founding surgeon role that offers immediate equity partnership with $0 buy-in. You’ll define clinical standards, build a referral network, and shape the culture of your practice with full operational, marketing, and administrative support from a surgeon-led platform.

Requirements
- Board-Certified or Board-Eligible in Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery
- Eligible for licensure in New Jersey
- Ideally 1–5 years into practice and ready for ownership
