Ridge Oral Surgery is seeking a skilled and compassionate Oral & Maxillofacial Surgeon to join our premier, surgeon-owned practice in Basking Ridge and Summit, NJ. This role offers direct clinical mentorship with Dr. Mehrotra and a clear path to potential partnership for the right candidate.

Responsibilities
- Perform a full scope of oral and maxillofacial procedures, including:
- Advanced dental implant placement and "All-on-4" / Full-Arch restorations.
- Complex bone grafting and sinus lifts utilizing PRF and Piezo technology.
- Wisdom teeth removal and general extractions.
- Safe administration of IV sedation and general anesthesia.
- Participate in a collaborative culture focused on clinical excellence and safety.
Requirements
- Education: DDS/DMD from an accredited school and completion of an OMFS residency.
- Licensure: Valid New Jersey dental license (or eligibility).
- Certification: Board Certified or Board Eligible (ABOMS).
- Mindset: Strong desire for clinical growth, team-oriented spirit, and ambition to pursue long-term partnership.
