About the role

This is not a typical associate role. We are a 13-location, surgeon-led OMS group across New York and Connecticut, built for scale, clinical excellence, and long-term growth.

• $1M+ Earning Potential – Strong case volume, efficient operations, and high reimbursement mix create a real path to seven-figure income.
• No Call + Out by 3 PM – No mandatory call. Most clinical days are done by 3:00 PM. This is a sustainable schedule—not a burnout model.
• Operate at the Top of Your License – Full-scope OMS: dentoalveolar, implants, IV sedation, and general anesthesia in modern, well-equipped offices.
• Zero Administrative Burden – Dedicated support across HR, billing, marketing, recruiting, and operations. You focus on surgery.
• Immediate Volume + Growth – Established referral networks and a growing footprint mean you can produce from day one.

Pay

$250,000 - $1,500,000, annually

Schedule

• Monday to Friday
• No nights
• Day shift
• No mandatory call
• Most clinical days end by 3:00 PM
