Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeon

About the role

Desert Oral Surgery is seeking a highly motivated, board-certified or board-eligible oral and maxillofacial surgeon to lead their Palm Springs location. The position offers clinical independence, comprehensive benefits, and a clear pathway to partnership.

Responsibilities

• Drive optimal patient care within a private practice environment
• Collaborate with experienced surgeons at nearby locations for support and coverage
• Lead the practice towards long-term growth in the Coachella Valley
• Utilize state-of-the-art technology for advanced oral and maxillofacial surgery
• Engage in peer collaboration and mentorship programs
• Participate in a Level 1 Trauma Center call contract with competitive stipends and collections-based compensation

Requirements

• Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Medicine in Dentistry (DMD) from an accredited institution
• Completion of an accredited oral and maxillofacial surgery residency program
• Board Certification by the American Board of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery or active pursuit of certification
• Valid dental license in California (or in the process of obtaining)
