Third Coast Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery is seeking an outstanding oral and maxillofacial surgeon to join their growing, privately owned practice in West Michigan.

Responsibilities

• Operate from day one with immediate access to a busy surgical schedule
• Build a career with full clinical autonomy in modern, purpose-built surgical centers
• Practice the full scope of oral and maxillofacial surgery including dentoalveolar surgery, implants, IV anesthesia, and orthognathic surgery
• Maintain full-scope experience without corporate oversight or unnecessary administrative burden
• Earn $750,000 - $1,000,000+ annually with immediate access to an established referral base and exceptional surgical volume

Requirements

• Graduating chief resident or experienced surgeon looking for a better opportunity
• Experience with dentoalveolar surgery, implants, IV anesthesia, and orthognathic surgery
• Willingness to practice the full scope of oral and maxillofacial surgery
• Ability to work independently and with minimal corporate oversight

Qualifications

• Completed dental school and residency program
• Board certification in oral and maxillofacial surgery
• Michigan medical license

Pay

Production based compensation with guaranteed salary options if preferred. Annual compensation range: $750,000 - $1,000,000.
