OracleIT - Technology Specialist - IT Service, Support and Operations

We are seeking a detail-oriented and results-driven IT Technology Specialist for a 6-month W2 contract engagement with a hybrid work arrangement based in Richardson, TX.

About the role

This position requires strong domain knowledge in key practices including developing custom workflows, designing, creating, and maintaining flows, troubleshooting and resolving workflow issues, technical leadership, and establishing governance standards. The role demands the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams, identify defects early in the development cycle, and ensure high-quality product delivery.

Responsibilities

• Develop custom workflows using the Microsoft Power Platform
• Design, create, and maintain flows
• Troubleshoot and resolve workflow issues
• Provide technical leadership

• Create and configure connectors and integrations

Requirements

• 10+ years of IT experience
• 5+ years of experience developing custom workflows using the Microsoft Power Platform
• Microsoft Power Platform certification (PL-500 mandatory)
• PL-600 certification (nice to have)
