Oracle Technical Lead
The Opportunity
We're looking for a "player-coach" to take ownership of a brand new, mission-critical Oracle Cloud environment. You'll be the go-to expert for all things Oracle Fusion and integrations, providing both strategic guidance and hands-on support to ensure the stability and success of the platform. This is a chance to make a significant impact, working directly with leadership and a talented team to shape the future of our client's financial systems.

- Bridge the gap between business and technology. You'll work closely with business stakeholders to understand their needs and translate them into technical solutions. You're a "techno-functional" expert who can speak both languages fluently.
- Own the technical roadmap. You'll provide strategic direction for the Oracle platform, identifying opportunities for improvement and driving continuous innovation. You'll have a seat at the table, helping to shape the long-term vision for the company's financial systems.
- Mentor and lead. You'll have the opportunity to build and mentor a team, sharing your expertise and helping to grow the next generation of Oracle talent.
