Work You'll Do

  • Lead implementation workstreams, including requirements gathering, fit-gap analysis, functional design, process design, prototyping, configuration support, testing, training, and post-go-live support planning.
  • Facilitate current-state and future-state process design, including scenario design, process flows, and identification of opportunities to improve efficiency, controls, and decision-making.
  • Manage team members across project activities and provide direction, oversight, and quality review for deliverables.
  • Support business development activities, including pursuit participation, proposal development, scope definition, and pricing discussions.
  • Coach junior practitioners and contribute to performance development, staffing, recruiting, and retention efforts.

Qualifications

  • Functional implementation experience with 4+ complex, full lifecycle Oracle Cloud Supply Chain implementations.
  • 7+ years' experience implementing any combination of Oracle Supply Chain modules.
  • Experience defining systems strategy, documenting business requirements, leading fit-gap analysis, designing current-state and future-state business processes, supporting conference room pilots, functional configuration, testing, and user training.
  • Ability to travel 50% on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve.
  • Limited immigration sponsorship may be available.
  • A Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Logistics, Information Systems, or another related field.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple task assignments.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills, including presentation skills (MS Visio, MS PowerPoint).
  • Strong problem solving and troubleshooting skills with the ability to exercise mature judgment.
  • Experience leading an entire work stream of relevant Oracle applications.
  • An advanced degree in the area of specialization.
