Oracle Solutions SME (SCM )

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain documentation, standard operating procedures, and training materials related to trade compliance processes within Oracle Cloud SCM.
• Provide subject matter expertise and troubleshoot issues related to trade compliance, export screening, and SCM integrations.
• Monitor and analyze trade compliance processes, identifying opportunities for process improvements and system enhancements.

Requirements

• Bachelor's/Master degree in a relevant field (e.g., Supply Chain Management, Information Systems, or Business Administration) or equivalent work experience.
• 7-10 years of hands-on experience with Oracle Cloud Fusion Supply Chain Management (SCM) modules, including Order management, Planning and manufacturing.
• In-depth knowledge of Oracle Cloud Fusion SCM configurations, customizations, and integrations.
• Extensive experience with integrating third-party trade screening systems or applications with Oracle Cloud Fusion SCM.
• Excellent communication and documentation skills, with the ability to convey technical information clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously within the Oracle Cloud Fusion SCM ecosystem.
• Certifications or specialisations in Oracle Cloud Fusion SCM are highly desirable.

Pursuit Management

• Prepare proposals to ensure alignment with our client's requirements, quality of content, and conformance with the methods and practices of our client.
• Develop and/or review Statements of Work and other contractual documents to ensure delivery excellence.
• Provide sales team support and leadership for solutions.
• Aid sales staff with solutions to sales client interactions, and present capabilities to client audiences.
• Deep experience and expertise in running Oracle Fusion Design workshops.
