Responsibilities
- Design deep solution architecture for Oracle Fusion ERP systems
- Lead technical teams through SaaS/Cloud deployments focused on ERP applications
- Develop comprehensive post-migration strategies including:
- Application retirement strategy
- Data retention & archive strategy
- Audit, compliance & legal readiness
- Historical reporting strategy
- Integration & dependency decommissioning
- Security & access transition
- Infrastructure & technology decommissioning
- Operations readiness & knowledge transition
- Implement solutions using PL/SQL, REST APIs, ETL concepts, event-driven architectures, CI/CD, and version control
Requirements
- Deep solution architecture experience for ERP systems such as Oracle Fusion
- Experience leading technical teams
- Prior experience with SaaS/Cloud deployments for ERP applications
- Strong familiarity with Oracle Fusion HCM
- Hands-on experience with:
- Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC)
- Oracle Fusion HCM
- Azure cloud services
- Databricks
- Strong background in:
- PL/SQL
- REST APIs
- ETL concepts
- Event-driven architectures
- CI/CD pipelines
- Version control (GitHub)
Preferred Qualifications
- Good understanding of Oracle HCM configurations and security
- Experience with Oracle ATP/ADW
- Azure cloud certifications
- Experience with Kafka, Informatica IDMC, or similar data platforms
- Infrastructure as Code (IaC), scripting, and test automation
- Enterprise architecture tools (e.g., LeanIX)
