About the role
EY's Oracle Services practice assists national consulting practices in implementing large, complex application systems. Oracle Applications and Technology Services within the Center of Excellence (COE) supports area offices by providing resources for designing, architecting, delivering, and leading innovative solutions using Oracle's applications and technology.
Responsibilities
- Lead the effective management and delivery of processes, solutions, and projects, focusing on quality and risk management.
- Engage with external clients, participating in working sessions and leading workstreams from planning through execution and closure.
- Travel may be required as needed by external clients.
- Develop solutions to complex problems, recommend changes to policies, and establish procedures impacting your work area.
- Exercise judgment in selecting methods, techniques, and evaluation criteria for obtaining results.
- Provide direction and feedback to team members, ensuring successful task completion.
Requirements
- A 4-year bachelor's degree with at least 4-6 years of relevant experience.
- Experience in SCM / Finance application implementations as a Technical Lead, Application Development Lead, or Enterprise Application Integration Lead.
- At least 2 years of experience in a managerial and IT/business integration role.
- Experience with Oracle SCM/ERP Cloud and Oracle EBS Applications, focusing on Order Management, Pricing, Inventory, Product Information Management, Procurement, and Manufacturing related modules.
- Hands-on experience with FBDI, OTBI, REST, and SOAP.
- Proven track record in integration tools and technologies such as Oracle Integration Cloud, MuleSoft, Dell Boomi, or similar platforms.
- Experience with Oracle methodologies like OUM or AIM.
- Strong written and verbal communication, presentation, client service, and technical writing skills.
- Ability and comfort level researching client inquiries and emerging issues, including emerging technologies, SOA governance, and new technologies.
Qualifications
- Degree in Computer Science, IT, Computer Engineering, MIS, Mathematics, or related field (MBA or MS degree preferred).

- Architect technology solutions focusing on data flow, data migration, and data integration to execute supply chain and finance-related processes across multi-vendor software/application landscapes.

- Provide direction and feedback to team members, ensuring successful task completion.

Benefits
The base salary range for this role in the United States is $142,600 to $261,500. For the New York City Metro Area, Washington State, and California (excluding Sacramento), the base salary range is $171,200 to $297,200. Individual salaries are determined based on a variety of factors including but not limited to education, experience, knowledge, skills, and geography.

Schedule
Our expectation is for most people in external, client-serving roles to work together in person 40-60% of the time over the course of an engagement, project, or year.
