Job Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain Oracle reports for HR, Finance, and Supply Chain using Oracle Reporting, BI Publisher, FAIDP, OTBI, SmartView, FRS, and other related tools within Oracle Fusion Cloud.
- Design and maintain data integrations to streamline and automate data flow between Oracle Fusion Cloud and internal and external systems.
- Collaborate with HR, Finance, and Supply Chain to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Perform data analysis and validation to ensure accuracy and integrity of reports.
- Optimize and troubleshoot existing reports and integrations to improve performance and reliability.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in Oracle Fusion report development, with a focus on one or more of the following modules: HCM, ERP, SCM, EPM.
- Strong expertise in Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) and its components.
- Proficiency in SQL, PL/SQL, and other database technologies.
- Experience with Oracle BI Publisher (BIP), FAIDP, OTBI, SmartView, and other Oracle reporting tools.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Familiarity with Oracle Artificial Intelligence offerings is a plus.
- Experience working for a healthcare organization is also a plus.
