Oracle PMO - Senior Manager
Responsibilities
Leading large-scale Oracle Cloud/Fusion implementation projects and coordinating resources to achieve project objectives.
Developing project plans and monitoring progress to mitigate risks and validate successful delivery of Oracle solutions.
Collaborating with business leaders, project managers, and technical teams to define project scope and align objectives.
Utilizing analytical thinking and business case development to optimize operational efficiency and support strategic goals.
Managing stakeholder engagement and communications to build and maintain relationships with key business and technology leaders.
Overseeing program management activities, including program scope management, status reporting, and capacity building.
Directing cross-functional team coordination to enhance project integration and delivery.
Applying systems thinking to identify underlying problems and opportunities within Oracle program management.
Initiating coaching conversations and providing feedback to develop high-performing teams and drive continuous process improvement.
Requirements
At least a Bachelor's degree
At least 7 years of experience
Qualifications
Demonstrating advanced skills in Oracle Agile Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) and Oracle Project Management
Excelling in Oracle Business Process Management and Project Resource Management
Leading cross-functional team coordination and stakeholder engagement
Utilizing analytical thinking for business case development and continuous process improvement
Managing program capacity building and program scope management
Delivering comprehensive program status reporting and project budgeting
Coordinating project integration and project portfolio management (PPM)
Benefits
The salary range for this position is: $124,000 - $280,000. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws.
