Responsibilities
- Provide Level 3 production support for Order Management applications and integrations
- Support end-to-end Order-to-Cash (O2C) business processes including order capture, fulfillment, shipping, invoicing, and returns
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex application integration and data issues
- Develop and maintain integrations between Order Management ERP and WMS and external partner systems
- Configure business rules, orchestration processes, fulfillment flows, and exception handling
- Analyze business requirements and recommend scalable cloud-based solutions
- Monitor application health, system performance, and transaction processing
