Oracle OPM Functional Lead - W2 Only

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the primary functional lead and single point of contact (SPOC) for Oracle OPM and Order Management streams
• Drive requirement gathering sessions, perform fit-gap analysis, and lead FDD documentation and sign-off
• Lead solution design and configuration for Oracle OPM and SCM modules
• Manage End-to-end Delivery Lifecycle, Including System Integration Testing (SIT), User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and Go-live readiness
• Cook offshore teams to ensure timely and quality delivery
• Provide functional support, including defect analysis, issue resolution, and hypercare support post go-live

Required Skills

• Strong expertise in Oracle Process Manufacturing (OPM)
• Hands-on experience with Oracle EBS R12.2 (OPM + SCM modules)
• Proven experience in pharmaceutical or manufacturing domain

Additional Skills

• Experience with tools such as JIRA, ServiceNow, or similar ticketing/ALM tools

Additional Notes

Role requires close collaboration with business and technical teams in a hybrid delivery environment. Ideal candidate will have experience working in large enterprise Oracle EBS implementations within regulated industries such as life sciences.
