Oracle OIC Technical / Integration Consultant

About the Role

This is a 100% onsite role located in Atlanta, GA, focused on Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) implementation projects with strong customer-facing responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead customer integration requirement workshops, interface design discussions, solution walkthroughs, and dependency reviews.
• Develop integrations (Scheduled Orchestration or App Driven Orchestration) and BIP Reports based on use cases.
• Document interface requirements, technical specifications, mapping documents, error handling approaches, open items, risks, and action items.
• Coordinate with offshore integration developers, functional consultants, reporting teams, testers, and PMO for timely delivery.
• Manage customer communications, meeting notes, status updates, issue follow-ups, defect triage, and stakeholder alignment.
• Support SIT, UAT, regression testing, cutover, go-live, and hypercare from the onsite location.
• Prepare interface requirement documents, technical design documents, mapping sheets, unit test evidence, deployment notes, defect trackers, and status reports.
• Coordinate SIT, UAT, regression testing, interface mock runs, cutover planning, go-live readiness, and hypercare support activities.
• Bridge customer integration requirements with offshore delivery teams, ensuring clear understanding of scope, mappings, dependencies, priorities, and timelines.
• Manage customer expectations, track dependencies, escalate risks/issues, and drive closure with offshore and customer teams.

Requirements

• Minimum 10+ years of Oracle technical/integration experience with strong Oracle Integration Cloud implementation exposure.
• Hands-on implementation experience in Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) Gen 2 / Gen 3.
• Good experience working in Financial Modules of Oracle.
• Strong onsite customer-facing capability with experience in requirement gathering, integration workshops, design walkthroughs, and stakeholder communication.
• Hands-on technical knowledge of OIC integrations, REST/SOAP services, ERP adapters, file-based processing, FBDI, BIP extracts, ESS jobs, callbacks, and scheduling.
• Excellent communication, presentation, documentation, coordination, and stakeholder management skills.

Qualifications

• Good understanding of Oracle Fusion ERP/Finance/HCM integrations, FBDI, BIP extracts, ESS jobs, callbacks, security, and connectivity agents.
• Oracle Integration Cloud certification (preferred).
• Experience working in a US onsite-offshore delivery model.
• Knowledge of Oracle Fusion ERP/Finance/HCM business flows and integration touchpoints.
• Exposure to Visual Builder Cloud Service (VBCS), Oracle Process Automation, OCI connectivity, or API gateway concepts.
• Agile delivery experience and ability to collaborate with PMO, business process owners, testers, architects, and technical teams.
