Oracle MFCS Techno Functional Consultant

Roles & Responsibilities

• Functional Leadership: Core Merchandising - Lead requirement mapping and fit-gap analysis for item hierarchies, supplier costing, purchase orders, allocations, and inventory.
• Testing & Validation - Own functional testing cycles, including System Integration Testing (SIT), User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and regression testing.
• Enterprise Cutover - Drive cutover planning, data validation (supplier data, inventory, stock ledger), and coordinate with stakeholders.
• Technical Operations Integrations - Validate integration flows with upstream and downstream systems (Finance, POS, WMS, Supply Chain) using REST APIs and the Retail Integration Bus.
• Batch Processing - Monitor, debug, and troubleshoot retail batch programs and data pipelines, including orchestrations like Apache Airflow.
• Customization & Support - Handle production support, incident analysis, root cause resolution, and customizations on Retail Data Stores using SQL and PL/SQL.
• Collaboration - Coordinate with offshore development and QA teams to clear technical blockers and support ongoing application development.

Pay

Salary Range: $140,000 - $160,000 per year
