Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Oracle Integration Cloud Developer to design, build, and operate enterprise integration scenarios that connect Oracle Cloud Applications, on-premises Oracle systems, and third-party platforms.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and develop integration flows in Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) connecting Oracle Cloud Applications (ERP, HCM, CX) with on-premises and third-party systems
  • Build app-driven and scheduled orchestrations, including complex mappings, error handling, and recovery flows
  • Configure and operate a wide range of OIC adapters (REST, SOAP, FTP, Salesforce, Workday, ServiceNow, custom)
  • Develop process automation flows using OIC Process Cloud Service for human-centric workflows
  • Build Visual Builder Cloud Service (VBCS) applications integrated with OIC and Oracle Cloud Applications
  • Implement API management strategies, including security policies, throttling, and developer portals
  • Design robust error-handling and notification patterns, including retries, escalation, and resubmission workflows
  • Optimize performance of high-volume integrations through batching, parallelism, and asynchronous patterns
  • Migrate legacy Oracle SOA Suite or third-party integrations to OIC
  • Collaborate with Oracle Cloud Applications functional teams to align integrations with business processes
  • Provide hypercare and post-go-live support, including incident response and root-cause analysis
  • Maintain comprehensive, current technical documentation — including architecture diagrams, design decisions, configuration references, runbooks, and operational procedures — so that the system remains supportable, auditable, and easy to onboard new engineers over time
  • Mentor junior developers and contribute to internal integration patterns and standards

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical discipline
  • Five or more years of integration experience, with strong hands-on time in Oracle Integration Cloud
  • Solid experience with Oracle Cloud Applications (ERP, HCM, or CX) data models and APIs
  • Working knowledge of Visual Builder Cloud Service (VBCS) and Process Cloud Service
  • Familiarity with API management concepts and Oracle API Platform
  • Strong scripting skills (Groovy, JavaScript) and SQL
  • Experience with security standards (OAuth2, SAML, mTLS)
  • Excellent troubleshooting, communication, and documentation skills
  • Prior experience migrating from Oracle SOA Suite to OIC is a strong plus

Preferred Qualifications

  • Oracle Cloud Platform Application Integration certification
  • Experience with Oracle Autonomous Database integration
  • Familiarity with event-driven integration on OCI
  • Exposure to DevOps and CI/CD patterns for OIC content
  • Working knowledge of related platforms (MuleSoft, Boomi, SAP CPI)
