Responsibilities

- Partner with cross-functional teams to align system capabilities with business objectives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Analytics, or related field.
- 7-12 years of experience in incentive compensation or commission program management.
- Hands-on experience with incentive compensation management platforms.
- Proven experience leading system implementations or major enhancements.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
