About the role
As the Incentive Compensation Lead, you will provide key implementation support for Oracle Sales Cloud (Sales Performance Management) projects. Primary responsibilities include delivering the setup, configuration, and integration of Oracle SPM projects with various CRM, HR, and ERP systems. The role is client-facing and requires serving as a subject matter expert for capabilities such as Incentive Compensation, Territory Management, Sales Coaching, Gamification, and Analytics.
Travel may be required for this role, ranging from 0 to 100% depending on business need and client requirements.
Responsibilities
- Application development including setup, configuration, data migration, and integration of Oracle Sales Cloud/Sales Performance Management
- Gather requirements and validate technical viability
- Build prototypes and demos
- Manage and support conference room pilot (CRP) workshops
- Support testing activities including unit testing, system testing/product testing, and user acceptance testing
- Team lead for onshore and offshore resources
- Serve as a Subject Matter Expert to support sales and proposal work
Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in Incentive Compensation, Territory Management, Sales Coaching, Gamification, and Analytics
- Minimum of 2 years of experience with Oracle Sales Cloud/Sales Performance Management
- Minimum of 1 year of experience with Incentive Compensation
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent (12 years) work experience (If an Associate’s Degree, 6 years of work experience)

Pay
Compensation at Accenture varies by location, role, skill set, and level of experience. Below are the annual salary ranges for this role in select locations:
- California: $73,800 to $218,800
- Cleveland: $68,300 to $175,000
- Colorado: $73,800 to $189,000
- District of Columbia: $78,500 to $201,300
- Illinois: $68,300 to $189,000
- Maine: $62,800 to $161,000
- Maryland: $73,800 to $189,000
- Massachusetts: $73,800 to $201,300
- Minnesota: $73,800 to $189,000
- New York: $68,300 to $218,800
- New Jersey: $78,500 to $218,800
- Virginia: $68,300 to $201,300
- Washington: $80,200 to $201,300
