About the role

Provide strategic consulting services to healthcare clients using Oracle products. Work closely with clients to understand their needs and implement solutions that enhance operational efficiency and improve patient care.

Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough assessments of client environments to identify opportunities for improvement.
• Design and implement Oracle-based solutions tailored to client requirements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including IT, clinical staff, and executive leadership.
• Train clients on Oracle products and best practices.
• Document project progress and outcomes in accordance with client expectations and company standards.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in healthcare IT consulting.
• Strong understanding of Oracle database management systems and related technologies.
• Experience with implementing Oracle applications such as E-Business Suite, PeopleSoft, or similar.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in SQL and PL/SQL programming.
