The Oracle HCM Director role specializes in consulting services for Oracle human capital management applications, analyzing client requirements, implementing HCM software solutions, and providing training and support for seamless integration and utilization. Within the Digital Core Modernisation practice, you will play a pivotal role in helping clients optimize their human resources processes, enhance talent management, and achieve strategic objectives. As a Director, you will set the strategic direction, lead business development efforts, make impactful decisions, and oversee multiple projects while maintaining executive-level client relations. You will translate vision into action, inspire others, and drive business growth while shaping client engagements and mentoring the next generation of leaders.

Responsibilities

  • Lead strategic direction and business development efforts for Oracle Human Capital Management (HCM) consulting services
  • Analyze client requirements to implement Oracle HCM software solutions that optimize human resources processes and enhance talent management
  • Provide training and support for seamless integration and utilization of Oracle HCM applications
  • Oversee multiple projects to drive business growth and maintain executive-level client relations
  • Utilize Oracle Application Development Framework (ADF) and Oracle Business Intelligence (BI) Publisher to develop innovative solutions
  • Manage project budgeting and workforce planning to align with client strategic objectives
  • Promote organizational development and change management strategies to improve employee engagement and relations
  • Build relationships with business leaders to identify opportunities for business process improvement and innovation
  • Confirm data integrity and compliance within human capital management frameworks
  • Cultivate potential in teams through mentorship and leadership, fostering environments where people and technology thrive together

Requirements

  • At least a Bachelor’s degree
  • At least 8 years of experience

Qualifications

  • Preference for a Master’s or Master of Business Administration degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration/Management, Psychology, Organizational Leadership, or Management Information Systems
  • Proficiency in Oracle HCM Cloud and Oracle Fusion Human Capital Management
  • Experience using Oracle SQL Developer for advanced data analysis and reporting
  • Leadership in strategic workforce planning and talent management initiatives
  • Implementation of business process improvements and change management strategies
  • Excellence in employee engagement strategies and relationship building
  • Management of complex Oracle HCM projects with a focus on innovation and rapid experimentation

Pay

The salary range for this position is $155,000 – $410,000. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon skills, experience, qualifications, and location, and applicable employment laws. All hired individuals are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
