Work You'll Do

As a Senior Consultant on the team, you will be responsible for:

  • Leading the design, coordination, and delivery of Oracle HCM Cloud technical integrations across enterprise systems
  • Defining integration strategy and overseeing inbound/outbound interfaces, middleware coordination, data mapping, and end-to-end validation
  • Partnering with HR, security, and technology stakeholders to ensure solutions are aligned to functional, technical, and compliance requirements
  • Leading data conversion planning and execution, including extraction, cleansing, transformation, load support, reconciliation, and cutover readiness
  • Managing technical risks, dependencies, defects, and issue resolution across integrations and conversions throughout the project lifecycle
  • Supporting testing, deployment, go-live, and post-production stabilization to help ensure successful Oracle HCM Cloud implementation outcomes

Qualifications

Required:

  • 5+ years of experience delivering Oracle HCM Cloud technical solutions
  • 2+ years of experience with leading the integrations for a full-life cycle implementation of Oracle Cloud HCM
  • Ability to obtain and maintain the required Public Trust clearance for this role
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Ability to travel up to 50%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future

Preferred:

  • Experience delivering across multiple Oracle HCM Cloud implementations within large-scale, multi-stakeholder public sector programs supporting 10,000+ employees
  • Experience in government and public sector implementations
  • Oracle HCM Cloud certified

Pay

Wage range: $110,700 to $218,300. Eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program, subject to individual and organizational performance.
